911 Service and Voice Over the Network

In some circumstances reaching 911 emergency services may be limited when using Prescient Worldwide's VON service. While you may use your VON phone adapter with any broadband connection, 911 service has been linked to your physical billing address at time of setup. If you wish to move your phone adapter to another location simply call Prescient Worldwide customer service, toll-free, at 1-877-312-5564. Depending on your new location, 911 service may or may not be available. Please keep in mind that 911 may not be accessible due to loss of Internet connection, power interruption or hardware failure. We recommend that you maintain an additional means of contacting 911, such as a cell phone, in case of these types of service disruptions.
